REGO certificate
Renewable Energy Procurement & Carbon Offsetting, Guidance for net zero carbon buildings, published by the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC) in March 2021, states: ‘Each Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origins (REGO) certificate represent the ‘energy attribute’, i.e., the zero GHG emissions, associated with 1MWh of renewable energy generated.’
